The SUNDAY NIGHT DINNER SERIES at SAFFRON NOLA is a series of collaborative dinners with chefs, cookbook authors, food & beverage influencers several times a year, telling stories through food, culture and experiences.

 

On Sunday, November 10th, world's collide for the much-anticipated collaboration between the Vilkhu Family's, James Beard Nominated, award winning restaurant SAFFRON NOLA and award winning whiskey from India: Amrut Whiskey and Head Distiller/Global Brand Ambassador, Ashok Chokalingam. 

Chef Arvinder 'Dickey' Vilkhu & GM/Bar Director Ashwin Vilkhu of SAFFRON NOLA will create a 4-course curated menu based on the flavor profile of 4 varieties of Amrut products (Amrut Old Port Rum, Amrut Single Malt, Amrut Fusion, Amrut Naarangi), to create an unforgettable dining experience through story telling of food, family and experiences.

 

Each purchased ticket includes premium keepsakes from Amrut Whiskey, a 4-course cocktail and whiskey paired dinner and a complimentary welcome glass of sparkling wine.
